The Ops Audit

One week. Every leak in your business, named in dollars.

We go through every call, estimate, and follow-up in your business. At the end, you get a plain-English report: this is what's leaking, this is what it costs you, this is what we'd build.

What's inside

Four things we look at. In order.

Most leaks live in one of these four places. We find the exact dollar amount in each.

01

Inbound calls

How many calls hit your phone. How many are answered. What happens to the ones that go to voicemail. What a booked call is worth.

Average find · $3,200/mo
02

Estimate follow-up

How many estimates you send. How many go cold. How fast the winners close. What a 10-point close-rate lift would be worth to you this year.

Average find · $4,100/mo
03

Job handoff

Where jobs sit in limbo between sold and scheduled. How often you redo scopes. What revenue is sitting in your truck right now waiting for you.

Average find · $1,800/mo
04

Owner bottleneck

Every decision that has to go through you. Every task only you can do. What your hours are actually worth, and which ones shouldn't be yours anymore.

Average find · $2,900/mo
The week

From first call to leak report in seven days.

Here's exactly what happens. Your time commitment is about three hours total.

1
Day 1 · Mon

Kickoff call

60-min walkthrough of your business. We ask, you talk. No prep required.

2
Days 2–4

We do the work

Call logs, CRM, QuickBooks, estimates. We pull it apart. You stay on the job.

3
Day 5 · Fri

Leak report

Dollar amount per leak. Root cause. Build proposal if you want it.

4
Day 7 · Mon

Walkthrough

60-min review call. We answer questions. You decide what's next. No pitch.

Deliverable

You get a one-page leak report. In dollars.

No pitch deck. No 40-slide strategy doc. One page that says exactly what's falling through the cracks.

Plain English. Dollar amounts. That's the whole thing.

If we can't name a number, we don't list it. Every finding has a monthly cost, a root cause, and a build option with its own recovery estimate.

It's yours whether you hire us for the build or not.

If we can't find at least $5,000/mo leaking, you don't pay.

We've never failed to find it. But if your operation is somehow already airtight, we eat the audit and tell you so.

Questions

Things people ask before they book.

I already use ServiceTitan / Jobber / Housecall Pro. Is this redundant?

No. Those are tools. This is a read on how your tools are actually being used, where they're letting leads slip, and what you could automate on top of them. We work inside whatever stack you already have.

Why paid? Everyone else runs free audits.

Because free audits are sales calls in a trench coat. A paid audit means we spend the week actually doing work for you, not pitching you. You get a real deliverable whether you hire us after or not.

What if you don't find anything?

If we can't identify at least $5,000/month in recoverable leaks, the audit is free. We've never had that happen, but the offer stands.

Do I have to commit to a retainer after?

No. About half of audit clients hire us to build and run the fix. The other half take the report and run it themselves. Both are fine. The audit fee gets credited to month one if you do retain us.

How much of my time does this take?

Roughly three hours over the week: a 60-min kickoff, ~30 min of pulling data access, and a 60-min walkthrough at the end. The rest is us, in our office, not yours.

Who sees my numbers?

Two people on our team. NDA on request, automatic if you're in a sensitive vertical. We don't publish financials, ever. Case studies run anonymous unless you volunteer.

Last thing

You already suspect where the leaks are.

This is what it costs to stop guessing and start knowing.
